Morning Weight Training

Whew. So much adventure on the Art Loeb Trail! 30 miles. 9,649 feet of vert. Not my longest run ever, but definitely the most vert I've ever done! All singletrack through wilderness and forest service lands.  Rough and rugged and overgrown.  I got super frustrated with my Garmin, lost my pocket profile map (dang it, LNT!), saw two snakes (pretty sure they were garter snakes) and a mama bear with two cubs 👀🐻😬 (I saw her on a switchback across a ravine and was able to say hi and announce my presence to give her plenty of notice to not be alarmed and clear off the trail). Then it thunderstormed on me for the last 6 miles and I ran in the dark (and storm!) for the last few miles. So yeah. I'd say that was definitely an adventure. I'll share a full report on a vlog soon, don't worry! But until then, I'm alive 🤘
