Race Report
- Tires: Maxxis Rambler 700x45c, about 25-30psi in front and 30psi in back.  Same setup as when I raced in 2019, but less psi.  I had WAY better handling on the descents and in the corners with the lower pressure.  That was a big big win.  I used that advantage to create gaps on everyone throughout the entire race, gaps that they then had to use energy to close while I maintained a constant effort.

- Hydration: 1 bottle water on lap 1, 1 camelback on lap 2, 1 bottle water on lap 3, 1 bottle water on lap 4 + stopped at top of kitten crusher for a refill and ice because I overheated on the way to that climb.

- Nutrition: GU + some flow formula at the aid station when I picked up my new bottles ever lap.
