49.747km with 1120m climb in 3:09:18.  nashonal camps day 2 3 hour score mainly West of m6 from Tebay.  Rougher than yesterday.  Trying to push from the start up Borrowash and then a slog over breaslhigh road not best route through bretherdale.  Another slog back West towards a6 with Liam for a good bit here.  Skipped 17 as timing looking bad.  Slow after 24.  Still more than 10 mins left when had to decide on 20 point no 9.  Was a slog back up and having to push hard for the finish.  10 mins of penalty so just worth it.

Missing a 20 and a 10 and 15 penalty for 455 AndyC winning with 481 so overtaking me but I managed to get past Huly to keep 2nd m50 and 3rd overall.
