I tried to focus on quality, so no walking allowed, trying to keep good form and no more than 18 minutes for up and down, no breaks. That worked well for a consistent 8 repeats with about 10'30'' - 11'30'' up (that's about as slow as you can get without walking). Then the 9th repeat was slower and I called it a day. Training stimulus should have been more than enough...
It is quite funny to something like this on a Sunday. It was busy with people and almost everyone reacted some funny way or another - that definitely helped to keep going.
