🔥🌡💦 
 Took the day off from work.  Flat tire at mile 15 (then not seated and soft) rode that 40 zig zag miles back home into the winds.  This changed initial plan to head towards Rochester and take every KOM that I could on all new roads.. 
 Bummer this mornings winds were most excellent. Had to fight those winds back home OR risk it all to refix the tire on the road and keep travelling further from home 🤔

Ended up a local roads ride but tried to make the most of it 🤷‍♂️ created many new KOMs. 

Tina joined for a 30 or so mile sweaty fun in the Sun loop 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️💕

Aside from the flat reroute there was the broken bottle incident, the bentobox duct tape melting away issue... and I broke a spoke AT MILE 196 trying to KOM Creager Hill and had to be rescued by Superwoman Tina 🦸‍♀️ .. I put the Cervelos rim on the Trek and blasted out the last 5 miles as the orange globe set in to Cayuga Lake
