Long day on the bike with John B.  This ride was way more formidable than I gave initially gave it credit for.  .. rough roads, surprisingly a lot of traffic, and lots of debris in the roads from Fred… super high humidity and heat really hit me hard.  Felt off the whole day..stung by a bee in the quad in the last five miles, as if my legs didn’t hurt enough lol.
