Still season PR at 431 but that 450 for 20 eludes me. Started too hot but good lesson, never really “went for it” at those watts. 

Solid next 20m effort on way home. 

Missed Blue Ridge Fondo due to super sick pup; hopefully we have her on the mend. Seizures are just horrible to witness to a spaced out doggy
