Not a brick; had a few hour in between, but if I can get both of these done on the same day, I think I can finish a half Ironman. 

I ran this specifically going for Z2 heart rate instead of for time. It’s the first time I’ve worn a (working) HR strap this entire season; all my other HR data was based on the Apple Watch which isn’t very accurate.
