Personal ride, warming up before trying FTP Test with my team. Taking route to Pamularsih and Kedungmundu - Rowosari. Taking FTP Test at Coach Enrico's house. Using Zwift and taking the 20 minutes test, with overall time consumption is 45 mintues (plus warming up and cooling down). FTP test is always hard and hurting. Recovery on the way home.
