You best believe that's a PR up Kingston, along with some others!  Felt good this morning - apart from when I got stuck in the small ring up Whiteways as I haven't yet charged my Di2 since getting the bike! 
Glad it was in the small though, perfect timing having done lots of work on the flatter bits, was ready to take on all the other hills. 
Was gutted for the run into the ferry though.  140rpm and no chance of hanging onto Ash - legs still had that effort in them and were itching to go!
A tough ride - started with 7 and ended with 4, we had some terrible luck.  Puncture (slash in tyre) for Michael, crash for Chris, and Charlie felt bad so headed back from Corfe (then snapped gear cable so ended up on the train!).  Ed held on for dear life, and made it through hell to the finish - great effort.  
Ash as always looked very chill, and great to ride with Brett whilst he is over here. 
A great morning - a few lighter efforts this week before next weekends stage race.  BRING IT ON
