Not suprising i felt pretty empty today. Hill repeats yesterday was hard training. 

The reason for all this mileage, Etap Eyri next weekend. Riding to event at 3am will total 250miles in Snowdonia. (Estimated 14hours) Im alittle worried im not going to recover fully in time for the Hard riders a week after. 100mile TT which ive GOT to do well. Win...
