Wenn man erst mal drin ist im Intervallfahrtunnel, stört auch der Regen kaum noch. Außer als 400 Watt angesagt waren bergrunter in eine Kurve, da musste ich aus Sicherheitsgründen abbremsen. Die warme Dusche nach dem Training war richtig gut. Die Einheit selbst lief einwandfrei nach dem gestrigen Regenerationstag. Deshalb die vorgesehenen 15min SwSp auf 35 min verlängert.
