Great weather. Warmed up. Did a hard effort on a strava segment. It went pretty well. Then did 5 hill sprints... well... more like hill climbs trying not to fall of the bike. Then tried one more strava segment after that but the legs gave out halfway through. All in all, good training day. Slowly getting stronger. It's always a process.
