I've been training for a couple months to do an hour at threshold, which doesn't really translate that well to 13 minutes at full gas.
I was banking on being able to put away enough time on the flat that all I had to do was stay on the bike going uphill at the end. Bit of a tailwind, but not huge since it's out of the NE and this segment is in the sheltered river valley.
Come take it, that's absolutely everything I had 😆
