Lesson (probably not 🤦♀️) learnt - don’t do the toughest parkrun you’ve done in ages when you’ve still got the lurgy 😱
When you’ve done 222 parkruns, it’s Nov 22 and you finish in position 2 - it has to be a “tutu” parkrun!!!
Annual VMO vs JMO run - “type A” fun but glad I didn’t let the side down and woos out!
On my 3rd trip to Stromlo, running gave to me … 3 bloody toes, 2 cramping calves, and a totally fatigued body!
