Tried to find the start. Eventually got there - and it's not finished. It opens Monday officially and I'd suggest the first serious injury/death will be within a week. Dangerous junctions, kerbs that just stop, etc. That doesn't include unpainted/unsigned sections. No-one working on it despite frequent cones/dug up sections and it looks like it's 6-12 months from completion.
