60’ prelim ride

Starting the new year with some intervals.

60’ just a ride, in a garage.

30’ wake-up ride before some chores.

Old School, morning run like the good old days.

Uptempo with some fast hills. Stormed over Route 171, which was one of my dad's favorite places to bike waaay back in the day. 
Wind was into my face for much of this ride, nearly all of it ha. The headwind was good I just wanted to make this a cracking kind of ride.
Didn't bother with food. One bottle through 55 miles, then a Gatorade.
