Wasn’t sure what to expect. My system has been displaying early symptoms of overtraining. Luckily my rest week is coming up. Today I slept in and waited. Felt better in the afternoon and so I went out on a “let’s see” ride. 45min in, I thought I’d try some intervals. To my surprise, I had the legs to do these! 4x8min with 4min at threshold and 4min 40/20s. Very stoked!! Even went after a KOM that really should be mine! Can’t believe I missed it by 3s 😂 I scraped my pedal through the corner and everything 🤪 
I’ll blame it on being a little heavy still.
