The site https://longtinyloop.com/ invites you to make a path that doesn't cross itself, and maximizes the ratio of distance traveled to path diameter. For this path:

Distance: 37.34 km
Diameter: 2.69 km
Ratio: 13.86

It takes a lot of concentration to not miss a turn (particularly because I was taking advantage of alleyways and "lanes" that are not clearly marked), and if you do miss a turn, you're doomed: like in the video game "Snake," you may be able to keep going for a bit, but before long you will intersect your path and lose the game.
