Happy to have completed the ring of 60km ish under 5 hours. 
My friend Francesca appeared all of a sudden at Tower bridge, this surprise gave me a boost of energy !! 💛 🙏💛

I started at next to the Chinese floating restaurant on Regent’s Canal.

Today, I used my watch with NAVIGATION MODE as I knew that I would get lost, mistake to the moon! turned out both the results of both stats and the distance wrong -the total distance is awkwardly way too reduced. 
Went into cul-de-sac, wrong turns would add more km above 60km. It also slows me down -average pace /km overall. 
And I did not stop except traffic rights and crossing the street. Surely it doesn’t add 30minutes of inactive time. 
But I am very happy, I needed to run this since last year😃 will do it again with my buddy!
