TT trainer with new heartbelt Frontier X with ECG. 25 min warm up then 5-5 increasing 270,80,90 and last 5 300 w felt supergood and heartbeat very very low and controlled max 122 after 5 min 300 last one.
TT trainer endurance tempo with a 5 min 305 w interval after 90 min. Felt good 👍
After 40 min Wattbike 20 min TT trainer with very good aerobic base power 270 w av on just 111 bpm was thrilling. Betablocker holds down pulse but felt amazing like mid z 3 last 10 with power around 280 w.
Wattbike 40 min really good aerobic base power estimate around 240 my Wattbike reads very high but great response and felt very easy at superlow 103 heartrate from the betablocker.
Roadbike heavy rain cold but oh what a nice ride 40 k out & back 37.4 kph a 110 bpm quite incredible felt so strong
