It's so damn hot!!  This unstructured fartlek run didn't go very well.  Just felt completely drained from the heat and humidity.  Had to stop the watch numerous times and take short breaks.  Really had to buckle down and focus just to get through the last mile.  I definitely have been getting in my heat training this summer.  However, in order to do real quality workouts, I'm going to need to run at cooler times, or perhaps on the treadmill.
