Night Ride

Pretty slow pace at the start, until Clive attacked and I went with him without hesitating. We quickly formed a decent gap, Brenton Kaitler came with us, but dropped back to the bunch when it looked like they were going to catch us. One rider later bridged the gap, then another two, although it was mainly Clive doing the work, I did a little and a bloke called Nick did a little. Clive and Ben were dropped on Vespers Hill, leaving three of us. Later Staffan was dropped, and later Nick also, so I was own my own, rode good tempo up to the base of Baw Baw and just grinded my way up, was cramping up though. Couldn't believe the gap was 8 minutes to the second place-getter.
