Post gym spin

Supposed to have my first race of the year tomorrow, but had to pull out after getting hit by a car in Airdrie whilst training today 🤦🏻‍♂️ 

Luckily it wasn't going very fast and I don't have any major injuries, just a sprained wrist, a few bumps, scrapes and a wee bit dizzy and confused 🥴 

I don't think the car seen me so pulled out on me and hit me from the side and I came off the bike. 

No hard feelings from me, these things happen and the driver and their partner were good enough to stop and help me which I appreciated. 

On a scale of 1-Texas this one was barely a 1, so nobody needs to worry about me 😂 

The bike took most of the damage and needs a bit of work, but we'll be back out there soon! 👊 

As I said to the driver.. 

"Don't worry, I've had worse"
