4.5 mile tempo in there on the Lakeshore. Felt great at 20 miles, shrugged 🤷‍♂️, and continued to feel great to 26.2. 

Shoulders a little tight at 20 miles but loosened up. No water or gels. One doesn't expect to wake up on a Wednesday and run a marathon. Saltier meal last night (always makes me perform better apparently) and a massage yesterday probably helped me feel good.

Interesting that tempo there was superbly consistent. Nicely done Wednesday Brent.
