One of those days. 

A half flat front from the rough part of Whinfell made the descent interesting. Fired a CO2 in and the valve core came out with it, took my gloves off to put that back in, forgot to put them back on, shot in another CO2 and got it stuck to my hand! 

Oh the joys of cycling.
