Note to self - bring along a little more fluid. Horrible (scream inducing) double-quad cramp around 80 or so kms finished me off and limped home from there. Grateful for the tow from Tim.  Luckily (skillfully?) avoided a car pulling out of a blind-drive near Oving - that would have been messy at about 45/50kms. Thanks to the BCC club team for organising a good event.
