32' @ 271W (293W NP) -> 52' @ 140W (318W NP)

would have been happier just doing more laps tempo instead of 1-2 minute sprint climbs but "work on your limiters" and all that jazz. though tbh the biggest limiter today was probably poor gear choices. big group. 

screwed up the map on the first lap taking Valley View (and Fremont) - I am never gonna financially recover from this. qq
