Awe man. I've been playing with some new recovery protocols (more on that in the future) and this morning I didn't eat enough carbs at breakfast for the workout. 

I did ok on the first two Surfs, but the next ones deteriorated pretty quickly. 

On the upside, I got to ride with Jay D today and block some wind for him on the way back to Carmel for a coffee!
