New Years Resolution: Drink more Beer

What's one more year?

4X(45" (rest down), 30" (rest down), 15" (rest down+30"). Great hill workout to start off the day and end spring break. Kudos to Mr Justin Wirth for the hills suggestion, this is a good one. Felt p good on all the reps with only some minor GI tract distress before and near the end of the workout. Weather was also excellent, nice and cold out but no wind made for some perfect workout weather. Went singlet only for cool down as well and felt Gucci. Also saw two sandhill cranes right across the road during CD. They made their weird ass noise at me and it was very loud.
