Sub 17 min 5k to round off the hard run

First run that felt great since the 50k

Looks like I ran about 1/2 mile less due to staying on a road for 1.8 miles (which was meant to be 2.3 miles with around 300ft more climbing). Turned into a fun and more relaxed (but hard) training run. Legs were not ready for trail racing yet.

Most of Gorge Waterfalls 50k (missed a turn and stayed on a road to shave off a short section of trail)  - DNF but fun run in one of the best places in the world
