Did a 2 mile wu then 5 ~550 5 ~545 8~530. Harvey picked it up the last 3 miles but he dropped me hard up firehouse (still ran 530 that mile) but i was completely spent by the time i got to heartbreak and ran a 550, focused down heartbreak and ran a 510 last mile. Last .4 was a cooldown to get to 20 since i stopped during the 550s portion to go to the bathrooom and brian kepy running brian ran home and i decided to call it at 20. Probably the most quality ive ever done in 10 days with 3 really hard and long workouts and a 6717 half.
