Family went to play tennis. Ate halibut and rice beforehand. I don't know if I felt bad because of the lack of training or if it was the crap food I've been eating this week. On the other hand, I had a good average power... On Foxborough to gate the time is wrong. I actually did a 3:00 it says 4 something because it included part of a little loop I did before hitting the segment. With that time, I PR'd and would be around 17th place on the leaderboard.
