Sat at the creek on the Aire trail after uphill reps enjoying the view. I said, so pretty and now a moose is just going to wander into the meadow. Didn’t happen. But when we got up and ran 30sec down the hill, there was a moose! 😍
Hard effort up terraces, then 5x 1’on 1’off up millbeep and Aire Trying to avoid snow on the 1’, definitely need some uphill training
