After receiving some bad news about my impending house move, it's fallen through I decided to have a reasonably quick ride home. Feeling recovered after the long ride fiasco this was much better. I felt stronger on the hills and quicker on the descents. I just wish every ride was like this. happy with the average despite a few slower bits, up to second place on the sprint for the silver birch too, result, life is all lying and yang. I got a new lid, glasses and a posh cycling top as a recompense, good old Wiggle.
