Afternoon Ride

200k became 208k became 210k with a detour. Mostly a 4 man group starting on the first loop. Rolled together for about 100 miles until Andy laid down some pain with about 25 miles to go. Rolled solo for the last 25 sure that I was going to get caught, purely in survival mode. Cramps kicking in any time I put down power. Ran out of water with about 9 miles to go in 90 degree temps. Got a nice Lazer helmet.
