Was ripping down a one “car wide” forest road, came around a corner probably doing 30 on wet roads and a car was headed towards me. Did a smol panik, Hit the brakes, maybe a little too hard, began skidding, the car did pull off to the side and open like a 1 foot gap and I tried to shoot it. Semi controlled skid to the right, dodged the car but the wheels slid out and I went down hard on my butt and and did the ole head smack on asphalt thing. The couple was nice enough to drive me to the train station. 

Head hurts a lot but I’m in one piece and feeling #blessed. You live and you learn. Friends don’t let friends ride without helmets
