Big day to test my pace and legs.
Bumped the seat up another inch which seemed to take care of the leg cramp. Could probs go up further.
2 big crashes
I'll call the first crash the no hander Banana opener - not recommended. Suspected broken finger and painful knee. 
I'll call the second crash the farmyard slurry - not pretty or recommended. Smashed shin and doused in farmyard effluent.
Today was about hitting my intended pace and making sure the legs were operating at peak efficiency. Nutrition was on point. Fought hard to keep eating even though I really didn't want to.
More importantly, no cramp, held my target pace and had loads left in the tank.
Love love love the new bike!
