Morning Ride -  I intend to be consistent hereon, let's see

Started 20mins late, took lift (read draft) from trucks to recover some of that time totalling about 7-8kms from the first half; so, those leaderboard-efforts maybe in part due to that. Though possible, but not today.

Also, descended via express way; having not known the route and trusting two bikers who probably had the same idea.

Humidity meant a lot of water loss; almost 3.5liters water consumed. Cramps in left calf half way up the ghat. I gotta train to endure 150+kms, it won't come to me just like that.

And as it is with every ride, I thank my bike for keeping me safe and letting me have fun!
