Racking up trophies 🏆 on the Disney springs commute

Saw a moose like 3 feet away in the trail near cub lake to start off this epic thing. Then crossed a bunch of downed trees before entering the first burn zone. Hard to see the effects of the 2020 East Troublesome fire. Bierstadt Lake is truly underrated. Hit Bear lake lap. It was crowded even on a Wednesday at 5pm. Then the fun started. 

Snow for miles! Nice rollers. Reminded me how much I like this stuff! It got intense by lake Odessa. I was glissading down steep snow Karley wouldn’t ski! Ended up in the lake. Had to climb back up to the trail. Legs were trashed. Could barely jog back to the trailhead. 

11/10 would recommend.
