That was fun. Thanks to all of the volunteers out here today repairing the trails. It allows me to do what I do. Happy for the redemption. Thought a lot about the meaning of Troy’s trail while I was on that section. Got pretty emotional, reflective and grateful for the gift. This FKT was a challenge for me. Trying slow down and climb properly, skip over rocks and roots and get covered in mud. It’s not just a matter of going full gas like I’m used to. Looking forward to my talk and coffee tomorrow along the same coastline! It’ll be nice to enjoy the views this time!
