Excellent conditions albeit with small headwind for the middle 4 hours or so, little more sun than expected which I paid for a little bit. Managed my nutrition and hydration well but started getting sloshy by 9hr and had to sit in for most of the final leg. Within an hour of being off the bike my digestion kicked back in and my head cleared and everything got better quick. 

Quick pool soak, shopping, dinner and now some hyena snacks before a short sleep and doing it all again in the harder direction...

Made sure to thoroughly honor VT by wearing all green and fueling with Ted King shit 😂😂
