Drove out for my proposed long run of 2hrs and after the first climb, feeling really good, I just didn't have enough to go up Bob's Hill and just knew it. My left glute mede was fired up but I was just exhausted as psoas was also weak. Too much driving this week as I'm back to work, commuting 3 x this week and think it was too much. Will recover tomorrow and maybe hit the long run Sunday, post-race.
