Fort Stevens to Manzanita. What a fun day! Stacie was incredible support today as she leapfrogged me for hydration and nutrition. Since we were able to be kid-free, today felt like a strange type of a date. My body felt great with the pace and distance- stopped every 6-10 Miles to refill and refuel as it was a pretty warm day in the sun. Finished a successful kick-off by jumping in the ocean!

Also, Garmin watch didn’t connect to my phone, probably because I also recorded my run on my phone for tracking purposes. Anyone know a fix for Strava / Garmin preventing a double up on activity?
