Impromptu. Intervals are fine, but sometimes it is nice to do a long steady effort. Forced me to work on descending and cornering a bit faster (still a major weakness, still very slow). NP was 272. I haven't been on the Lapeer County section of the PA in many months. It was fun on the Crux and quite fast. The Lake George Swans gave me a hard "no" when I asked them to move. Reroute down the Lake George Gravel Super Highway.
