Actually felt like things are getting better today lungs are only burning a bit and no coughing fit just a few splutters after the ride. 

Watts felt easier to achieve with less effort normalised power for the ride 245 and average HR 153 

Moray council have been out trying to kill cyclists again 😂 road “resurfacing” so be careful around the back of Cullen and the bin.
