This was my first time doing something like this! I saw that there were no female FKTs listed for Sneffels and the next fastest solo female time on Strava was 3:12 as far as I could tell. I decided to high tail down after work to see what kind of time I could put up! This type of effort was a lot of fun and it was nice to mix it up from the long, slow slogs I’ve settled into in my training. Took a wrong turn on the way down so I just barely missed the 3 hour mark I was hoping to beat. I learned a lot doing this - I’m hoping to come back later in the season to see if I can best this time!
