Awaiting approval from FKT but assuming I didn’t mess up the route I shaved around 3.5 minutes off the previous time. The route can definitely go faster in cooler weather, this is the closest to heat stroke I’ve ever been.  Like 90° + humidity and just baking in the sun. Also pulled a Jack K and pissed myself in the last mile, not ideal but there was no stopping it and I wasn’t stopping knowing how close it was going to be.
