note#1: incredibly huge car traffic everywhere. Where  the f**k is that economic crisis?!?
note#2: a long(er) threshold interval. Long time no see this kind of training. After that, 2 threshold/VO2 intervals. Especially the 2nd went surpisingly well, I think I left 15-20 Watts in my legs. Nice sign! (...on max, I can reach ~430 Watts for 6 mins so I'll be back. :D)
