Afternoon NMES Training

Used MyVeloFit to mess with my bike fit. Notably moved my saddle down a bit, leveled out my saddle and bars and swapped my -17 to a -7. Then it said I need a stem longer than 120mm, so ordered a 130 and 150mm. Hopefully the longer one works! 

Anyway, this week is a recovery week so the race ended up being so easy that I was yawning with boredom. The lead moto wasn’t letting any breaks happen.
